Mrakki and Co. LLC is doing business as Mrakki Brows & Laser, a brow bar and laser service provider. Our store is located at 2961 W Maple Loop Dr, Suite 120, Lehi, UT 84043. Our legal entity, Mrakki and Co. LLC, is registered at 407 N. Main St., Springville, UT 84663.

2. Services

We provide brow services, laser services, and related personal care services. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are listed on our website and may change without notice. Booking an appointment does not guarantee service availability if scheduling conflicts arise; we will work with you to reschedule in such cases.

3. Appointments, Cancellations, and Payment

By booking an appointment, you agree to any cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies posted on our website or communicated at the time of booking. Payment plans, where offered, are subject to separate terms provided at the time of enrollment.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Mrakki Brows & Laser operates an SMS text messaging program for customers who opt in. By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our opt-in form, you agree to the following terms:

Types of messages you may receive:

  • Marketing messages about special offers and discounts (if you opted in to marketing messages)

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations (if you opted in to non-marketing messages)

Message frequency: You will receive up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary.

Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (385) 307-9112. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
